Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Whoopey collects non-personally identifiable information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available. Whoopey will only disclose logged in user IP addresses under the same circumstances that we use to disclose personally identifiable information. Personally Identifiable Information

Certain visitors to Whoopey websites choose to interact with us in ways that require Whoopey to gather personally-identifiable information. The amount and type of information that Whoopey gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Visitors who sign up for an account are asked to provide a username and email address. Those who make purchases are asked to provide additional information including, when required, the personal and financial information we need to process the transactions. Whoopey does not disclose personally-identifiable information other than as described below (see Protection of Certain Personally identifiable Information). Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information; however, however, it may prevent them from engaging in certain website related activities, such as, making purchases.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

Aggregated Statistics

Whoopey may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website. For instance, Whoopey may monitor the most popular products on the website and display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Whoopey does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below in the paragraph Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information.

Protection of Certain Personally Identifiable Information

Whoopey only discloses information that is personally identifiable or potentially personally-identifiable to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that;
